Children's Challenge and Anything Goes

Wow, it's now June and it's our special children's challenge at Mo's.  I am so excited to see what the children have created.  I love walking around the halls at school to see what the many children in my school have created.  Since the ages range from 5 to 13 the art work varies.  I have tons of artwork on my file cabinet from a few kindergarten students that have touched my heart.  The smile on their face when they bring it to me and hang it up is priceless and it reminds me of the days when I hung  refrigerator art my kids came home with when they were that age.  I still have a few of those tucked away.

So if you have a child in your life that loves to craft, why not have them get involved and have them color an image and design a card using a Mo's image and enter in this weeks challenge to win a special prize from Mo.    Just remember to use a Mo's image and your good to go.

I have a baby shower to go to at the end of the month for my niece Jenn who is expecting her first baby at the end of August.  We know it is a girl and the entire theme is "Bees".  She has a thing for bees.  So that is why as soon as Mo  came out with this adorable little Bee Fairy it was a must have for me,  So of course I made her card using her and you can find her
HERE

Mo's Digital Image: Baby Bee Fairy
Sentiment: Stampin Up and Michael's $1 Bin
 Paper: Bazil. Reflections, &
Extras: Swirl Die, Jolee's Stickers, Spellbinders, Doily
 Image Colored with Copics

The same thing happend when I saw the pattern for this Buzzy Bee Blanket.  As soon as I saw it I ordered the entire kit  and tucked it away.  It was ordered before they were even married knowing she loved bees  When  I found out she was pregnant I began to knit away.  This is a picture of the finished blanket.   Of course she will get a hat and booties, better get buzzy since the shower is on June 29th and I haven't started on those yet, but I am quite proud of the blanket and confindent that I will finsih those in time as well.

Yarn and Buzzy Bee Baby Blanket Pattern from Knit Picks and can also be found on Raverly

I am entering this into the following challenges:

 1. Papertake Weekly Challenge: HERE Anything Goes
2. Make it Monday: HERE Always Anything Goes
3. Simon Says Stamp and Show: HERE S is For Sun Flower Stickers
4. The ABC Challenge: HERE O for Open - Anything Goes

I hope I inspired someone to join in on the fun, I can't wait to see what you come up with, just don't for get to use one of Mo's images. If you need more inspiration don't forget to visit the rest of the teams blogs they really out did themselves and came up with some great ideas just click HERE to see what they came up with and as Pat always says, don't forget to leave them a little love.

As always, thanks for stopping by my part of the world, and now that you're here why not leave me a little love as well your comments mean so much and always brighten my day.

Hugs
 Debbie

Oh, this is so incredibly cute, Debbie! Love your card with all it's perfect details and on top of that this beautiful and so matching blanket! Simply gorgeous.
And you are so right with the kids' artwork. They are so proud of having sth. achieved and created. So it would break my heart to sort it out and now at their young age we already have boxes and files full of little masterpieces! ;-)

Hugs, Anja
