Distressing #149

Well, once again it Thusday which means it's time for Mo's...This week we decided to use distressing as our theme, now how easy is that... So I took out my trusty little blade and distressed the edges of all the sides of my papers and make this adorable little journal book for my little nephew James to start off the school year just right.  But knowing my niece, I think she'll put it away for him.

I started my project off with one of those $1 books I found at Michaels but alas it was my last one.  But well worth it for James as he is such a sweetheart.  Hopefully they will get some more in as I love making these books and still need to make one for myself.    I used Super Duper Boy which you can find in both the Old Store HERE and the New Store HERE.

I will be entering this into the following Challenges:

1. The Crazy Challenge: HERE Anything Goes
2. Lollipos Crafts: HERE Anything Goes
3.Simon Says Stamp and Show: HERE No Rules
4. Make it Monday: HERE Always Anything Goes
5.Simon Says: HERE Back to School
6. Divas by Design: HERE Anything Goes
7. Paper Pretties: HERE Cards for Kids

I hope I inspired someone to join in on the fun, I can't wait to see what you come up with, just don't for get to use one of Mo's images. If you need more inspiration don't forget to visit the rest of the teams blogs they really out did themselves and came up with some great ideas just click HERE to see what they came up with and as Pat always says, don't forget to leave them a little love.

As always, thanks for stopping by my part of the world, and now that you're here why not leave me a little love as well your comments mean so much and always brighten my day.

Hugs

James is one lucky boy to have a special aunt like you. Your colored image is adorable and the TLC you put into this project really shows Debbie. I hope they get more journals so you can have one too. :-) Thanks for joining our linky party at MIM!

Remember, to be in the running to win the prize from our sponsor this week just leave a comment for another entry. Be sure to mention you saw them on Make It Monday. The more entries you comment on the more chances you have of winning! Hugs

This is such a cute card! My grandsons would love this! I like the layering of papers you've done here. And your stamped and colorized super hero is so cute and coordinates so well with your papers. Love the name in block letters across the front of the card! Nicely done! Thanks for joining us at Simon Says Stamp and Show. <3 Candy
