Creature comforts LOTV #120

Another quick post from me today, this was done for my little nephew James who turned 6 two weeks ago. I made him this card which of couse couldn't be frilly so I kept it clean and simple. I had to remind myself no flowers. I find CAS cards so hard to do, I always want to add something. I got to see him on Saturday and his new baby brother Alex (yes ladies I'm a Great Aunt again) he is all of two weeks old. I thought it was so sweet that Mom and Dad came to our house which was sort of a surprise. They knew hubby couldn't come to them to visit the baby, so they brought the baby to him. And yes, tears are still in my eyes because I couldn't believe how thoughtful that was, they have know idea how much that touched my heart.

Anyway here is the card I did for James

My angle shot:

And here is the blanket I made for his little brother Alex who born the 28th of October. Now talk about a birthday present especially when James' Birthday is on the 27th of October.

So I am entering this in the following Challenges:

Charisma Cardz: HERE Cutesy

Image: LOTV: No 7 Bear, Sentiment:
