New York has been having its share of rain. We've had so much rain, I feel like I live in London. But anyway, I was sitting in the living room and I saw these dark clouds rolling in. They rolled in so quickly, it became dark in an instant. So, I ran and got my camera and took a few pictures from my terrace. I actually got lucky and captured the lightening. And yes, that is a surfer heading into the water.. That narly dude is still looking for that big wave...
A surfer heading into the water as the storm approaches..if you click on the picture you will see one surfer riding the wave in..
The lightening was really spectacular, I lucked out by capturing Mother Natures display.

These are fantastic pictures Deb. Cathing the lightning is amazing, that's sometimes so hard to do. I would love to see a picture of the Manhattan skyline, New York has always been on my "list" of things to do and places to see! Someday.... :-)
